challenge: As part of its technological advancement efforts, The University of Texas at Austin is launching a new Student Financial Aid Portal (SFP). This portal will become the central hub for students to oversee all elements of their financial aid, encompassing the management and viewing of awards, scholarships, loans, notifications, appeals, document submissions, and more. Additionally, we have been tasked with offering recommendations from a UI/UX standpoint to enhance user experience.
